The new Onga BlazeMaster 2 builds on more than 20 years of BlazeMaster production in Australia, delivering improved hydraulic efficiency, greater pump strength and dependable water-moving performance.

Designed for firefighting, tank filling, water transfer, irrigation and spraying, the BlazeMaster 2 range is available with single or twin impellers and a choice of Honda petrol or Yanmar diesel engines across selected models.

What’s new with BlazeMaster 2?

Improved hydraulic efficiency
An optimised hydraulic design improves hydraulic efficiency by up to 13%, helping reduce fuel consumption while maintaining strong pumping performance.

Stronger pump construction
The pump end is manufactured from marine-grade aluminium, providing corrosion resistance and a 30% increase in pump strength.

Advanced suction performance
A raised inlet port supports suction lifts up to 8 metres, while self-priming capability up to 3.5 metres helps support fast installation and operation.

Flexible three-way discharge
The three-way discharge provides flexible plumbing options and a choice of outlet sizes for different firefighting and water-transfer setups.

Simplified servicing and storage
A removable front cover provides easier access to the pump internals, while the 1-inch drain port allows water to be removed from the pump casing for safer storage.

Single impeller: high flow with strong pressure
BlazeMaster 2 single impeller models, identified by the B2 model prefix, are designed to deliver high flow rates with strong pressure.

They are well suited to applications where moving larger volumes of water is the priority, including tank filling, general water transfer, irrigation, spraying and firefighting.

Twin impeller: higher pressure and greater reach
BlazeMaster 2 twin impeller models, identified by the BM2 model prefix, provide stronger pressure for applications where water must be pumped uphill or over longer distances.

They are suited to higher-pressure firefighting and water-transfer installations where elevation, hose length or distance creates additional pressure requirements.

Both configurations can be used for firefighting and a wide range of water-transfer applications. The right choice will depend on the required flow, pressure, elevation and pumping distance.

Choose your engine

Honda petrol engines
BlazeMaster 2 petrol models are powered by Honda GX-series four-stroke engines, with GX160, GX200 and GX270 options available across selected models.

Honda-powered models provide a portable petrol option for firefighting, tank filling, irrigation, spraying and general water transfer where mains power is unavailable.

Yanmar diesel engines
Selected BlazeMaster 2 models are also available with Yanmar diesel engines, including L48N, L70N and L100N options.

These models provide a diesel-powered alternative for customers who prefer to operate with diesel equipment or use diesel across their existing machinery and property setup.

Engine availability varies by pump configuration and model. Refer to the individual model specifications when selecting a BlazeMaster 2 pump.

Australian-made pump ends, Assembled in Melbourne

BlazeMaster 2 continues Onga’s longstanding history of Australian pump production. Its single and twin impeller pump ends are made in Australia and assembled with the selected engine in Melbourne.
The Australian Made claim applies to the pump end only.
